Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your consultation and quote are free, with no obligation. We meet by video or phone at a time that works for you.
What is the difference between whole life and term?
Term life covers you for a set number of years and is often an affordable way to get a larger amount of coverage. Whole life can last your whole life, with level premiums and cash value that builds over time. Many families use both.
What does supplemental health insurance do?
Supplemental coverage like cancer, critical illness, accident and hospital insurance pays benefits for covered events. Those benefits can help with deductibles, travel, lost income and everyday bills. It works alongside your health insurance and is not a substitute for major medical coverage.
Can my business offer these as employee benefits?
Yes, through Worksite Advantage. Employees choose their own coverage, and a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan allows them to pay premiums with pretax dollars. It is self administered, with no setup or administrative fees. Certain industries require special approval.
How does a Section 125 plan save money?
Premiums are deducted before taxes, which lowers employees' taxable income. As taxable payroll drops, the business can lower its Social Security, workers' compensation and unemployment taxes. Talk with your tax advisor about your situation.
Do you have to meet in person?
No. Most of our clients meet with us by video or phone. You are also welcome at our Brookfield office, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
